Partner Referral ID

Learn how to benefit from Luxor's Partner Referral ID program.

The LuxOS Partner Referral ID allows for an optional parameter during installation that partners can use to tag installs with their partner ID. By using this partner ID, this allows Luxor to compute hashrate coming from the miner and provide a commission to the partner ID owner. This is similar to our referral code program for our mining pool.

Partner IDs are only available to miners that have never had LuxOS installed previously.

Follow these steps to get started installing with your partner ID:

  1. Contact a Luxor associate to agree upon the partner ID to be used. Partner IDs must be alphanumeric and lowercase, i.e. luxosref, avoiding spaces, capital lettering, as well as special characters and symbols.
  2. The Luxor team will walk you through installing LuxOS with your partner ID on the miners you deploy.
  3. After installation is complete, you can confirm the partner ID by going into your miner's logs and look for an entry that says: "Partner ID loaded: yourpartneridhere".
  4. Your referral proceeds will begin to accrue, and will be sent to you each month based on the hashrate sent through LuxOS.
