Deletes a file attachment from a part. Returns 204.

Create part attachment upload URL

Reserves an attachment record and returns a presigned URL. Upload the file bytes with an HTTP PUT to `upload_url`.

Get tickets

Returns a paginated list of tickets. Without `site_id` it covers every site the API key can read tickets on; filter further by `status_id`, `priority`, `assignee_id` or `search` (title substring or ticket code).
