Create ticket comment

Adds a comment (or a reply, with parent_id) and returns the ticket's comments. API-key comments are attributed to System and cannot be edited or deleted through the API. They do not count as human activity, so a ticket auto-created from a miner alert can still auto-close when the alert clears.

Get ticket comments

Returns every comment on a ticket, oldest first. Not paginated. Comments posted with an API key have a `system` author.

Get ticket activity

Returns the ticket's activity log, oldest first. Not paginated. `from`/`to` carry the previous and new value of an update; `part` and `device` are set for part and device actions.
