Get ticket activity
Returns the ticket's activity log, oldest first. Not paginated. from/to carry the previous and new value of an update; part and device are set for part and device actions.

Adds a comment (or a reply, with `parent_id`) and returns the ticket's comments. API-key comments are attributed to System and cannot be edited or deleted through the API. They do not count as human activity, so a ticket auto-created from a miner alert can still auto-close when the alert clears.
Get ticket devices
Returns the devices linked to a ticket, one page at a time, each with the parts reserved or consumed for it. Parts reserved against the ticket as a whole are listed separately in `unassigned_parts`, on the first page only. `ip_address` and `is_online` are live and are null when telemetry is unavailable.
