Returns the devices linked to a ticket, one page at a time, each with the parts reserved or consumed for it. Parts reserved against the ticket as a whole are listed separately in `unassigned_parts`, on the first page only. `ip_address` and `is_online` are live and are null when telemetry is unavailable.
Unlink ticket devices
Removes devices from the ticket by asset id and releases any parts still reserved for them. Ids that are not linked are ignored.
