Get ticket devices
Returns the devices linked to a ticket, one page at a time, each with the parts reserved or consumed for it. Parts reserved against the ticket as a whole are listed separately in unassigned_parts, on the first page only. ip_address and is_online are live and are null when telemetry is unavailable.

Returns the ticket's activity log, oldest first. Not paginated. `from`/`to` carry the previous and new value of an update; `part` and `device` are set for part and device actions.
Link ticket devices
Links miners to the ticket. Miners with no inventory record at the ticket's site are skipped and counted in `skipped_devices`. The ticket must not be closed.
