LuxOS install pool considerations

Problem

I want to test or install LuxOS on my miner that already has a pool and network configuration. Will the install delete or change these configurations?

Solution

Installing LuxOS on your miner preserves the current network and pool configurations. If you decide to uninstall LuxOS at a later time, your miner's pool and network settings will remain unchanged.

💡

Note: If you modify the pool configuration while LuxOS is installed and then revert to the factory firmware, the pool configuration will reset to what was originally set in the firmware version prior to installing LuxOS.
