Payout Not Processing

Problem

The Outstanding Balance is greater than the value of the Payment Threshold, but the payment has yet to be processed.

There are a few more factors to consider while looking at when your balance will payout.

Transaction Fees

The most common problem with not getting paid out is that the Outstanding Balance does not include enough for the transaction fee. With Luxor, we set the transaction fee at a flat .000075 for BTC.

If your Payment Threshold is set to our default minimum, .001, then you will need a total of .001075 to execute the transaction.

Auto-Withdraw/Time Interval

Another factor to consider is that your balance has not met the Auto-Withdraw time interval. This value is the time the platform waits before processing a payment once your Balance is greater than the Payment Threshold + Transaction fees. The default value is 24 hours, and can be set to any whole number between 1-24.

Alternatively, you can use the Time Interval setting to choose between daily or weekly payout timings, which occur shortly after 00:00 UTC. Your balance still needs to meet the threshold + transaction fees before being paid out.
